2) SaaS Experience. – 17 years doing SaaS marketing at an agency and in-house as Chief Growth Officer.
Example 1: I led a fledgling SaaS company that had declined for five years to a successful exit after doubling its sales in 18 months.
Example 2: In my last in-house company, I started as VP of marketing, became the Chief Revenue Officer, and finally the President because the owners saw that my optimization program created significant growth in customers, revenue, profitability, and ARR. When I arrived, this SaaS company generated $850K in ARR. I increased its ARR to $3.8M in 12 months by revamping its entire marketing and sales program.
3) Web3 Experience – 1) Grew a startup that planned to use a utility token whose purpose was to promote energy efficiency. As CMO, I grew the company to over USD 4M. 2) A barter company started using a utility token to pay for goods and services amongst partners. Grew to 12,000 partners and sold for 10x of sales. 3) I have helped the top Crypto influencers on YouTube and X grow their followers and subscribers to over 1.5 million subscribers and followers.
4) E-Commerce Experience - Was Chief Strategist and President at one of HubSpot's top e-commerce marketing agencies. During that period, we had B2C clients, including Beauty Products, Fashion, Gaming, Retail, Computers, Cannabis, and DTC.

I achieve that by understanding the marketplace, customers, and competitors better than anyone. I start by conducting a deep dive, typically a 170-page analysis. I then interview stakeholders, customers, and lost opportunities.
I then track upwards of 400 KPIs each month to ensure our implemented omnichannel campaigns deliver the anticipated results. Based on my understanding of the marketplace, I address all elements not operating according to best practices. From there, continuous A/B testing is performed.
